a simple, healthy, delicious salad dressing

Summer is around the corner, the perfect season for salad and cold plates. So I think many of you would appreciate this easy-to-do, healthy and super yummy salad dressing recipe. :-)

You need:
  • a pot of yoghurt (I use the organic one, it is very smooth and creamy)
  • parsley (pre-chopped or fresh ones) or chive
  • Knorr vegetable stock cube

Dissolve the Knorr cube in 2 soup spoons boiling water.

Add the parsley in the vegetable stock, use a blender to obtain a "parsley juice".

Add the yoghourt in the parsley juice and mix them with a spoon (don't use a blender!!!! Otherwise your dressing will be way to liquid!!)

You have now a smooth, fine, healthy and delicious salad dressing!

Now, taste it... I swear it was so yummy that I could eat the whole bowl as it is.... :-)
I have served it with some smoked salmon, raw advocato and oven-baked fries... you can use it with almost everything.
Bon appétit!
