Get cropped!!!

I am loving that 80's cropped look lately... I must admit that YOU MUST HAVE A LOT OF CONFIDENCE to pull off this style.

  • JOIE Dolores cropped  motorcycle leather jacket

  • ZARA cami

  • A&F cut-off shorts in light destroyed wash

  • Jennyfer cropped hoodie ( feel so Pussycat dolls in this :-)

  • A&F cut-off shorts

  • MNG cropped sweater

  • A&F cut-off shorts

  • H&M necklace
Showing off my Chanel glasses and doing silly face... :P

To help you feel confident in the cropped trend this Summer, I will share with you my work-out routine for a flat tummy :-)

1. Simple crunch
( fix a point on the cieling and DON'T pull your neck, it is your upper body that come up)
   8 repetitions each time X 4

2nd exercise:
Pull your knee with both hands 2X towards your breast and switch the leg, keep the move fluent and slow...
    8 repetitions X 4

3rd exercise:
This time, pull your ankle with both hands, if you can't catch your ankle then put your hands on your knee. Pull 2X towards your upper body, and keep it slow and with control.
8 repetition X 4

4. French Can-Can variation:
Stay on your elbows, keep the back straight, lift your legs into 45 degrees. Be sure to keep your legs straight, lock your knees. Make circles...
8 repetitions for each direction, repeat this 2X

5. Circles:
Lay on your back and make sure to stick your lower back on the floor. Life one leg at 90 degrees and make circles. Then switch the leg.
8 repetitions for each direction, that means 16 circles for each leg...
6. Mermaid variation:
This exercise is very intense if you do it right... for the beginners, you can stay on your elbows like pictures below:
Once you feel more comfortable you can say on your hands:
8 repetitions for each side

  • lift your abs and hips with your AB muscle

  • look at the cieling when lift up

  • try to touch behind your back with one hand (make sure your hips don't come down during this move)

  • come back and look at the cieling again

  • switch to the other side

  1. THanks S! I will add some of these crunches to my morning yoga.. but the 80's might be too much for my summer wear - I did live the 80's already :).
